2. Services Provided
Mobile Mechanics offers on-demand mobile vehicle repair and maintenance services, including:
Routine maintenance (oil changes, fluid top-offs, tire rotations)
Emergency roadside assistance (jumpstarts, tire changes)
Diagnostic services for minor repairs
🚫 Exclusions: We do not provide services requiring specialized shop equipment.
3. Online, SMS, and Email Communications
3.1 Consent for Communications
By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive:
Service confirmations and updates
Payment and invoice notifications
Marketing and promotional messages via SMS/email (if opted in)
3.2 SMS Messaging Terms
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates apply.
You can opt out at any time by texting STOP in response to an SMS

3.3 Email Communications
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
Transactional emails (booking confirmations, invoices) are required for service and cannot be unsubscribed from.
4. User Eligibility

Provide accurate personal and vehicle information
5. Booking, Payments & Cancellations
5.1 Booking Process
All bookings must be scheduled via our Website, phone, or mobile app.
Confirmation details will be sent via SMS and email.
5.2 Payment Terms
💳 Payment is due upon service completion (via credit/debit card, digital wallets, or cash).
📄 A digital receipt will be sent via email or SMS.
❌ No refunds once a service is completed, unless covered under our Service Warranty (see Section 7).
5.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations at least 2 hours before are free.
Rescheduling of appointment should be notified a head of time.
6. Pricing & Additional Fees

After-hours or holiday service requests
Correction: Request corrections to inaccurate information.
Additional diagnostics beyond standard checks
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
7. Service Warranty & Liability
7.1 Warranty Coverage
30-day warranty on parts and labor for completed repairs.
Warranty does NOT cover:
X Issues unrelated to the service performed
X Damage due to misuse, accidents, or third-party repairs
7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing vehicle issues
Consequential damages (loss of use, towing costs, missed work, etc.)
Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances
8. User Responsibilities
To ensure safe and efficient service, you agree to:
Provide accurate vehicle and contact details
Ensure the service location is safe and accessible
Avoid interfering with mechanics during repairs
Failure to comply may result in service refusal without a refund.
9. Privacy Policy & Data Usage
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we:
Collect and protect your personal data
Use SMS/email communications in compliance with Nevada Consumer Privacy Laws
Do not sell personal information
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through mediation in Las Vegas, Nevada.
If unresolved, claims must be filed in Clark County, Nevada courts.
